Inspire Neurocare Shines at Worcester Cathedral’s Christmas Tree Festival

Inspire Neurocare Worcester is thrilled to be part of the annual Christmas Tree Festival at Worcester Cathedral for the very first time. Our beautifully decorated tree is now on display, highlighting the vital work we do in supporting people with neurological conditions in the region.

Our tree is decorated with bespoke and handmade baubles showcasing the conditions we treat, the people we care for, and the specialist services we provide.

Residents at Inspire Neurocare played a key role in decorating the tree, creating their own baubles to add a personal touch. The Inspire Christmas Tree is a visual celebration of our work and values, representing the people we support, their stories, and the compassion and expertise we bring to the community.

Other decorations were provided by Red Penguin, a local printing company based in Hanley Castle, who generously donated their time and resources to make our tree truly unique. Alongside the baubles and tree topper, Red Penguin gave us two cute Inspire Neurocare penguins for the display.

Dawn Norman, Wellbeing Lead at Inspire Neurocare, organised the tree said,
"The Inspire Neurocare tree looks absolutely beautiful. It’s an honour to be part of this wonderful Worcester tradition and highlight the fantastic work we do at Inspire.

Every decoration tells a story about the people we support, the conditions we specialise in, and the passion our team brings to care. Knowing that thousands of visitors will see our tree this festive season fills me and the team with real pride."

The Christmas Tree Festival, a much-loved annual event in the city, runs at Worcester Cathedral from Thursday 5 December 2024 to Monday 6 January 2025. It features over 150 trees created by charities, schools, businesses, and community groups from across the region.

Please do come along and visit the Inspire Neurocare Christmas Tree and discover the creativity and dedication behind our display. Head to the Cathedral’s Medieval Cloisters and Chapter House during normal opening hours—10am-5pm Monday to Saturday and 12.30-3pm on Sundays, with special hours on Christmas Eve (10am-12pm).

From all of us at Inspire Neurocare, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
