Safely visiting Inspire Neurocare

We will continue to closely monitor all residents and staff and our strict infection control protocols remain in place and will do so for the foreseeable future.

Inspire Neurocare provides life-changing support for people with chronic conditions, injuries and underlying illnesses. With this in mind, our vigilance against the Covid-19 remains resolute. We will continue to closely monitor all residents and staff and our infection control protocols remain in place and will do so for the foreseeable future.

December 2021 update

To arrange a visit or to learn more about the latest Covid-19 secure measures, please do contact the service directly via email or by calling 01905 969 000.

Safe visitation arrangements

  • When visiting a friend or relatives, or visiting the service as a professional, you are asked to wear a mask whilst moving around the service.
  • You will also be asked to provide proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test, or to take a Lateral Flow Test on arrival into the service.

Covid-secure Family & Friends Lounge

Friends and family visiting their loved ones can also do so in the comfort of our Covid-19 secure visiting area.

The Family & Friends Lounge is a converted bedroom on the ground floor. Accessible for the people we support from inside the service, visitors access from outside through the patio doors. This arrangement, plus the transparent Perspex screen separating each entrance, means that the risk of infection is significantly reduced as no physical contact takes place. Following each visit, the room is cleaned and sanitised, ready for the next family members. We use the Family and Friends lounge when it becomes neccessary to take extra steps to support the people in our service.

We trust that you understand our robust approach to protecting our residents, colleagues and visitors.
