Inspire Neurocare is pleased to welcome Francisco Rebolo as Clinical Educator, reinforcing its commitment to ensuring colleagues are well trained, well supported and equipped to deliver the highest standards of specialist neurological care and rehabilitation.
Francisco joins Inspire Neurocare with more than 13 years of experience in critical care, anaesthesia and clinical education. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside healthcare professionals to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence, helping teams provide safe, effective and person-centred care.
His approach to education is practical, collaborative and focused on helping colleagues apply learning in real clinical settings. Through interactive training, simulation and discussion, he supports teams to build confidence, strengthen clinical practice and continue developing throughout their careers.
Having a dedicated Clinical Educator means Inspire Neurocare can respond quickly to the learning and development needs of its growing teams. Francisco will lead induction programmes, deliver specialist clinical training and support ongoing professional development across the organisation, helping colleagues access high-quality learning when they need it.
His appointment also gives Inspire Neurocare greater flexibility as services continue to grow and evolve. By delivering training in-house and working closely with operational and clinical teams, Francisco will help ensure colleagues are supported to develop new skills, embed best practice and adapt to changing service needs.
Investing in colleague development is central to Inspire Neurocare's approach. Well-trained, confident teams are fundamental to delivering safe, effective rehabilitation and long-term complex care, and ensuring the people supported receive the highest quality care throughout their journey.
Inspire Neurocare provides specialist neurological rehabilitation and long-term complex care for adults living with acquired brain injury, spinal injury, stroke, progressive neurological conditions and complex physical disabilities. Through specialist multidisciplinary teams, the organisation supports people to maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Everyone at Inspire Neurocare would like to extend a warm welcome to Francisco as he begins his new role.
